My name is Jason Sall. I’ve been tattooing since February of 2001.
I’ve always worked for Starlight Tattoo, I apprenticed under Mario! He gave me a chance when I was 18 and with little to no drawing ability.
I’ve always respected artists and I’ve always had an interest in art but never thought I could do it. Tattooing has taught me a lot and gave me a respect I would have never of known.
I love when people think long term and set up their bodies to fit them. Tattoos are a great gift for yourself, you choose what you look like and what you want people to know about yourself.
There are so many great artists out there. I always appreciate when someone wants me to tattoo him or her, and are willing to wait for an appointment.
I want to be well rounded. I respect Japanese and enjoy freehand because having someone in front of you and you drawing something that is going to be tattooed is a great feeling!
There were so many people that helped me along the way that I will never forget. Tattooing is a great profession and way of life. Thank you Mario and everyone at Starlight Tattoo!
