Born in Atlantic City New Jersey, and spending his life being raised in the great state of gardens, Lazarus had an interesting life from the start. In first grade they asked the students what they aspired to be one day, “Cartoonist!” was the first word out of his mouth. Following what would become a lifetime ambition to do what he loved he spent countless hours with a pencil in his hand. Kicked out of class more times than he can recall for handing in a blank quiz paper, aside from the giant doodle of a man flying while grilling hot dogs, very few assignments were handed in without being covered in random drawings. Soon after switching from a Psych major to a Liberal Arts major in college he started recieving requests for tattoo designs. The glorious man with a zombified heart from Jesus himself felt said heart jump at the thought and never looked back. After finally finding an Apprenticeship in Central Jersey, he was a man on a mission, a mission that he would be on for the rest of his life. The endless pursuit of perfection, all the time knowing full well that it is unattainable was what he found endlessly fascinating about the artform. Now, after 7 years of working everywhere from Delaware to Manhattan, this will be his 8th Tattoo Convention. Spending weekends with his friends and peers while doing what he loves more than breathing is something not t be found anywhere else. Come see him tattooing at the Jerzey Ink booth.
